Pj's Coffee - Amite

I just pulled her out of the state. Great coffee, just wished that you had a bigger big size like Dunkins XL so I could have longer. Better than all other French.

This is BY FAR my favorite PJs coffee location. I've been here for over three years and they never even messed up my order. The Barista are always beautiful and friendly!!!

I love PJ's coffee there Carmel Velvet Ice is great. It is my daily caffeine fix and if you get 100 points you get a great free your choice.

The girls who work in this building are awesome, their customer service is impeccable. I go to this location every single day at least once a day, sometimes 3 times a day literally, and I have been doing this for almost 2 years straight. I choose to go to this location over McDonald’s where my drink would be $2 cheaper, and the main reason I do this is because of these girls service. The day before yesterday though, something happened and I’m a bit irritated with it considering how much money and recommendation I put into the company. Anyways I was met at the drive thru widow to a lady who I have never seen before, she told me my price and it wasn’t compliant with the price I get every single other day, so I asked her what it was about and her exact words were “you got an extra scoop of powder, it’s an extra charge, and I’m the manager here so if you have gotten another price, whoever rang you up was charging you wrong, if it’s me ringing you up you know your price is right” and it’s really about how she said it cause I can understand if I have been charged wrong in the past but she was flat out rude and had a very big head about the fact that she was the manager so it was right. It’s extremely sad that the manager has horrible customer service, it’s also extremely sad that the manager doesn’t know her EVERYDAY customers. Also if what she said was correct, when I get a large mocha velvet ice with no whip cream and no drizzle with an extra scoop of powder why is the price not reduced for the whip and drizzle but I’m charged extra for the powder?? Doesn’t make sense to me.

I love PJs coffee!! I wish the Amite PJs stayed open longer. By the time I get off work they are fixing to close and the selection is very very limited
