Restaurant bewertenThe quality of the food at Dancing Chopsticks is sometimes really good and other times passable. You never know what to expect when you set foot here. But today I certainly wasn't expecting a few pieces of plastic in my order of Pork Katsu Curry Rice. I was halfway done with it before I bit on something hard. I thought it was bone at first, but they were really sharp plastic pieces (pictured). I wasn't craving any plastic for lunch, so I quickly lost my appetite.Their quality has noticeably gone down since a few years ago, and this incident is unfortunately going to make me stop going here anymore. If you decide to go here, make sure to thoroughly chew your food.
This place is great, 5 stars! Food is always fresh and hot, reasonable prices, big portions, the Tokyo Chicken has probably been my least favorite, it's good but a little crispy for my taste, the beef teriyaki is very good but my favorite has been the pork platter, it's delicious!
Best prices on campus. They give loads of rice and a side of sweet corn with most entrees.
Came here with my siblings and it's a LOT of food for the price 1 Bento box could have been split between 2 other people. We loved everything but the udon noodles were lacking a bit of flavor and the Boba we got had a pearl or 2 that were uncooked. Their Boba is super cheap for how much you get though! (At least compared to what we usually get from around Riverside)
The portions were generous, but unfortunately, much of the food was burnt or overcooked. The meat with breading was primarily breading, with only about 25% being actual meat. The beef was tough and rubbery, although there was a good amount of rice. I wouldn't choose to order from this restaurant again.
