Restaurant bewertenI highly recommend stopping at the restaurant near I-40 in Amarillo, Texas. My youngest accidentally got jalapeño juice in her eyes, and the staff was incredibly helpful. They provided us with eye wash and one of the ladies suggested rubbing lemons on her hands to neutralize the acid from the jalapeños. After we cleaned her hands again, I went to get some lemons, and when I returned to the bathroom, one staff member stayed with my oldest child while another attended to my youngest. She even held a wet rag to her eyes. The level of customer service they provided truly went above and beyond.
My sister, niece, and I visited the location on I-40 in Amarillo, Texas, for the first time. We were pleasantly surprised by the fantastic service and delicious food. The market manager truly stood out with her professionalism, going above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful first experience. I was particularly impressed by how she dedicated time to engage with many customers, asking about their experiences and offering complimentary samples to us and others. This personal touch made our visit truly enjoyable. We will definitely be returning!
We knew it would be too early for lunch at Rosa's in Lubbock, so we decided to head to Amarillo instead. Rosa's, do you sense the love? If you do, please treat me to some chocolate cake!
I stopped by and they had just run out of beef fajitas before I could order. I had to wait 15 minutes for my meal to be completed. Despite the hectic atmosphere, I actually enjoyed the wait. The staff was busy but friendly, taking the time to chat with me. Once my order arrived, it turned out to be one of the best meals I've had there. They did mix up my order a bit, but it was still delicious. Instead of fajitas, they served everything on a salad, so I ended up with a fun salad instead. Thanks for the laughs! I’ll definitely be back.
We have eaten in other Rosa’s cafes in Texas, but had not yet made any ratings. If you've never been to one, you need to know that they're freshly made tortillas and a salsa bar. Rosa’s Cafe is definitely one of our Go-to’s when we see one and need a quick meal. Service is generally very fast. This time I got a deluxe combo plate that had a Taco, Tostada, Enchilada and Tamale with rice and beans. Mrs. Flip Out ordered the Fiesta salad with Fajita chicken, and it is also a fairly simple menu to find several ways if you have nutritional preferences or restrictions. That means she probably wouldn't get the Fjita chicken back on the salad as it was cold. My food was great!
