The restaurant looks like a refuge in reality we are over 600 meters. the environment is warm and welcoming; the staff, in particular the owners, are absolutely friendly and able to put you at ease. the menu offers dishes with excellent research and innovation using almost exclusively local products, including many wines. I recommend the game path: That was really great. a beautiful, soft and without that goto too wild, it will be difficult to forget. the price is in line with the star of michelin; Not bad surprise. we look forward to coming back with another menu of another season

Casin del Gamba is an absolute must for anyone who enjoys innovative high quality cuisine made from fresh seasonal ingredients including local produce, game and wild edibles such as mushrooms, herbs and plants. The location is magical, the service faultless and the price more than reasonable for a Michelin star restaurant.
