Ordered 10 Large pizzas for my office and they messed up on 2 of the pizzas so I called and she tried to tell me that I was LYING and she knows what she made and what she bagged up. I order from there every other week and they mess upoften and I never called. However, this time I did because there were 2 that I didnt get and 2 extra of one of the other ones Iorder. Will not be ordering from them again.

Ordered one 2 topping pizza in store. Got charged $18+. Turnaround to see a sign that says a 3 topping for $11.99. Ask why he didn?t just ring me up at $11.99. Was told I had to specifically ask for it and he?s trained not to suggest to the customerssaying it?s ?just business?. Well now it?s not ?just business? cuz I?ll go somewhere else every Monday while I?m here. Getwrecked
These people have screwed up my orders over and over and over. The store is 2 minutes away and the incompetent drivers get lost EVERTIME! But this time the driver called me and I gave him directions. I told him the whole story about our street. He wasawesome!!!
We have not ordered Domino?s pizza the past 10-15 years due to undesirable food quality, flavor and service level. Our son Scott wanted to try them again with our approval and we were not disappointed. We cannot speak for Domino?s as a whole but #5048 inAltamonte Springs far exceeds what we have endured over the past years. They have surpassed all local pizza companies inproviding excellent old fashioned pizza and we hope it will continue. This is an indication of having a qualified manager to runthe facility, employees who prepare the food items and delivery personnel working as a team. We deeply appreciate and enjoyedeating real pizza through the efforts of team members in this location. Guy E. Collins
