Chipotle Mexican Grill - Alpharetta

I am not one to write reviews but since I love chipotle y'all need to read this. I think the training here needs to be a little bit better. The best chipotles have their employees spread the topping and stuff evenly through the bowl or burrito and this location did not. Also when I went to take my to go back out of my car when I got to work the bottom fell out because my bowl was drenched in bean juice. My bowl was so liquidy at the bottom where if the employees cared? Or maybe we're trained better my bag wouldn't have been drenched and I could have had lunch : it takes two seconds to let all the liquid from the beans or pico to drop so that it's just the food and not the liquid that makes it soggy : I'm jot trying to be mean I just want to be able to eat my 23$ bowl and not have it drop in the parking lot for birds to eat Bc the bottom fell out

Oh my goodness! Do I even expect much from a chain restaurant like Chipotle, absolutely not? However, I do expect the same overall favor. We ordered today after not visiting for quite some time. On our previous visit, our order was over 20 minutes late. This time it was ready as promised (by the way they are not putting orders on the shelf because they say they've had an issue with others taking orders not belonging to them), the guy helping us was also reasonable and polite. When got home both my son and daughter could not eat their food. One had a bean, rice, and cheese burrito the other one had a cheese quesadilla kids meal with rice and beans on the side. The rice and beans were nothing but the flavor of lime. We may as well have ordered limes for dinner. I like lime but not like this.

If anyone ever sees this review stay away from this location! This store was dirty from the front door to the back door. After 8:30pm they start to run out of food for the night and their whole prep station looks like a tornado came through. Very frustrating when you can't order black beans or chicken lol. Anyways if you can avoid it please do maybe they'll clean it up some.

Actually it should be zero stars! I purchased a salad bowl with 2 scoops of steak and guacamole. When I got home I only ate half of it. Then 5 min after I finished my half salad...I started vomiting! The steak must have been bad! After I cleaned up I went back to the restaurant and spoke with the manager...I did get my money back, HOWEVER, they did not pull the steak. They kept serving it! This is making more people sick!! I will not be back to this location!!!!

Three words: dirty, dirty and dirty. It is obvious that cleanliness at this point is not a priority. it could not be found a single clean table. looking for a clean table to take measures from the employees. the service/drink area was a chaos. eat spills on the floor. the bathroom of the men needed attention. frankly, this place needs a good overall laundry. only dirty.
