Little Caesars Pizza - Alpena

When we arrived, there were a few cars ahead of us, but this place offered the fastest service I've ever encountered. The staff was exceptionally kind and friendly, so I will definitely be coming back!

I ordered delivery using the app and honestly didn't think it would be available in Alpena. To my surprise, it arrived very quickly! The pizza was even better than I had anticipated!

We often order through DoorDash, and the restaurant consistently has our food hot and ready for pickup. When we take it home, it remains warm. The only drawback is the Alpena location; at times, there's a line of cars on the street, but it usually moves swiftly.

I had a very disappointing experience with the staff on Tuesday afternoon. They were incredibly unprofessional. I placed an order, and the guy who took it got distracted by a friend and had to come back to ask me what I wanted again. Then he informed me that they were out of everything. I inquired about their regular hot and readies, and he mumbled something about a "three meal" and "classic" options. When I asked if those were pepperoni, he became rude. I requested to speak with the manager, but the person who came from the back was just as unhelpful as the first staff member. From now on, I think I’ll just go to Hungry Howie's instead.

The food is consistently served hot, and I’ve never had to wait too long for my order. I appreciate the option to call or place an order online in advance. The staff has always been attentive and friendly. Overall, it’s a great and affordable place!
