Golden Lion - Allerdale

Absolutely love this place, I visit here at least 3/4 times every 2 months. very friendly staff. good atmosphere and eating is fantastic! I will rate this place 10/10 for taste, presentation and excellent value for money! Stop the hard work!

We stopped in this pub to see if they didn't have the moto gp on them, but they kindly put it on us. we were in the bar all afternoon. it was warm, cozy, immaculately clean had extremely friendly bar staff and the Sunday dinner was simply excellent. we visit the lakes often and I can assure them that this place will be at the top of our list....thanks to a beautiful afternoon.

Great place to take family and dog, relax no fuss, great staff, atmosphere and great eating.
