Restaurant bewertenOrder from this location on 11/10/2022. My order was cxc. Here it is 11/25/2022 and I have YET to get my money back. Talking with leads does not help. I shouldn't have to do this about my money. I'll send a report to the BB. That's crazy.
I ordered last week when they buy her a chicken sandwich promotion. Wingstop usually has good chicken and sauces (we have to go in a different state a few years ago. Unfortunately, our experience was not great this time. I ordered the app. When I came to the store, there was only one poor woman who made food, with a younger man in a cap that worked the register. The food wasn't ready when it said it was, I was told I was waiting about 6 minutes and of course 15 minutes later I was still waiting. When I came home with the food, we discovered that my wife's sandwich was completely raw in the middle, so we had to cook. The sandwich itself is more expensive than its competitors AND is a smaller piece of chicken. We haven't tried their traditional wings at this point, but now I think it's not worth the risk.
Crazy slow. Took 30 mins (dining in) for 2 orders wings and fries. When it came out the wings were overcooked and the fries were cold. Won't be back
Worse yet, I use to come here all the time but new staff. They messed up my order twice then when I asked for a refund due to their error I was told I couldn't get a refund because they were closed I could only get a credit. Hello, I don't want a credit I wanted my money refunded to me. They messed up on my order twice. The crazy part is I ordered at the register how can you mess up an order twice when I showed them my receipt twice and then the young lady didn't give me my receipt back. This has to be by far the customer service I have ever seen.
Best location! Everytime I order wingstop from another location it’s never as good as this location. Everything is always tasty and cooked well!
