Hitori Japanese - Aldergrove Langley

I had a fantastic first dining experience here! I was fortunate to be seated in a cozy booth with my wife and baby. The food was delicious, and the service was friendly and quick. This place is definitely worth a visit! We'll be moving to the area at the beginning of August, and I can’t wait to come back and try more new dishes.

We are truly lucky to have such a high-quality Japanese restaurant in our area. This isn't your typical sushi spot. They offer unique and authentic sushi that stands out. We particularly enjoy their grilled Japanese dishes, like the vegetable teriyaki dinner, which is served with both traditional rice and black rice. Everything is so fresh and delicious! We love dining on their patio, and their take-out is excellent as well.

We've ordered from this restaurant a few times through Skip, and the sushi is simply AMAZING. It's so fresh—wow! The salmon nigiri is the best I've ever had! Everything is beautifully presented, very clean, and absolutely delicious. It is a bit pricier, but honestly, it's worth every penny. I highly recommend dining here if you're a sushi lover!

I asked for spicy mayo and extra ginger, but unfortunately, I didn't get either this time. This has happened multiple times. Ever since the new owners took over, I've noticed a significant drop in the quality of the food. I won't be coming back, especially since the prices have gone up and the quality has gone down.

Hitori consistently impresses us. Their service is quick and efficient, and the quality and presentation of the food are outstanding. They genuinely care about their customers, and we plan to keep returning for years to come! A big thank you to the Hitori front-end staff and chefs for their excellent customer service!
