Restaurant bewertenWe have sunk tonight and the staff and service were very attentive. the food was hot and delicious. the huge pizza will feed some people.
So, I just want to give a huge scream to this place. I ordered the chicken parmigiana, with a side salate. I also ordered the tiramisu for dessert. the portions were definitiv dinner size. I really appreciate the fact that it was a pickup order, the same size as when I was one. the tiramisu was also delicious probably the best I cost in albuquerque. when I picked up my order, I was greeted with friendly smiles and excellent service. I wish I remembered making a picture of my order.
DELICIOUS local Italian fare. We stopped here on a recommendation while we’re visiting from out of town. It 100% lived up to the hype. Our table split many dishes, the most notable of which were the lasagna and meatball sub. Everyone left happy and very full. Fortunately, it doesn’t cost your left kidney to afford the quality either. Staff was super great, even though they’re understaffed. Service did not suffer an ounce, so kudos to the folks there and the culture they’ve built to endure.Big thanks for a fabulous dinner!
We recently moved into the neighborhood which gives us regular access to Mario's North Fourth Restaurant. My husband and I have found our regular (at least once a week) hideaway Italian escape. Mario, the grandson of the original owners served us today with a gust of energy and information about his family recipes and history. His pride in his Grandmas food and his attentive and gracious service was an added bonus to our lunch experience. Excellent pizza crust is the key, we ordered a lunch special then added toppings, -no problem. Started our meal with the green chili chicken soup -always outstanding and the Cheesecake we took home was as outstanding as it looks. These folk are working double shifts due to the current staffing shortage. We appreciate the excellent service received every time! Remember to tip well, they deserve it for keeping the store open for us. Thanks Mario!
Mimmo's was my childhood restaurant in Albuquerque. After hearing about their closing I decided to try Mario's Pizzeria. I'm glad I did.Great quality for the price paid. The pizza was much larger than I was expecting. The food was great (Try the Chicken Pesto pie along with their wings). The service was decent. You'll have to ask questions because the menu can be a bit vague and the person that you speak to may not know the menu well enough.
