Restaurant bewertenPregnant and craved an Arby’s sandwich. This is the 2nd time we’ve had Sabrina as our cashier. Last visit I ordered a kids meal. Instead she rang me up each item individually and was extremely irritated by my presence it seemed. When I sat down to wait she proceeded to talk to another employee and laugh while looking at me. Clearly talking about me. I never even told her she’d overcharged/rang it up wrong. I just let it go trying to not cause problems. Today, we ordered regular meals and were greeted with the same disgusting attitude. Mind you we witnessed 2 different black people order and received a kind attitude from her. It’s obvious she doesn’t like white people. I can’t say I’ll be back if she’s here. I’m over the rudeness and I won’t be paying $26 dollars for that again. Do better. Train better. Be a better human. If you don’t like your job or certain types of people, leave. That’s all.
Apparently I came on an off night. Long long wait for order placed inside. Courteous staff, they apologized. But 20 minutes to wait for a standard fries, roast beef sandwich, and a drink? Yikes!!! Update September of 2022 the in-store dining now is open. The staff was incredibly nice fast service. Don't know if they change the recipe on some of their stuff but everything seemed extremely salty! Found it hard to eat. Sweet Tea was good.
