Bhan Mae Vane - Alameda

I tried Lao's food for the first time and it exceeded my expectations. It is a great place to dine in Alameda. I particularly enjoyed the Larb Seen, sakoo, beef jerky, and shrimp rolls.

This restaurant serves authentic Lao cuisine! Each dish is made with fresh ingredients and bursting with flavor. I highly recommend it!

I probably wouldn't recommend this place for a busy Friday night if you're looking for something intimate, as it was very loud inside. It was actually refreshing to me so the kids didn't have to be super quiet. The restaurant is very family-friendly, with many families dining there. The service and servers were excellent and we will definitely be visiting again and frequently.

The food was excellent favorable. was enjoyable and the prices was Fair. However the atmosphere was not pleasant the restaurant was poorly design, echoing. You cannot hear your guests talk or the waitressing taking your order because of the noise

Fantastic food. Only improvement for the restaurant would be some acoustic tiles; when the restaurant is full, the noise level is so loud you can barely hear other people at your own table.
