Falcon Brewing - Ajax

Stopped in for a flight of hoppy beers. Not overly impressed. The IPAs were more like pale ales in their hop character and malt body. Maybe their other beers are better, not sure. Only had the hoppy ones and was disappointed.

A nice sunny hot Sunday a perfect day for beer in patio . We luckily found this place to try in our neighbohood. It is hidden in the area that is a mix of small industrial offices and homes just pops up in the middle of a quiet neighborhood. Comfortably serving neighbors, celebrating their own craft beer. I arrived at around 3:30 pm, but the place was full of people enjoying a live music performance. I saw their calender they have events almost every day to entertain their guests. We had a flight consisting of 4 beers that include: Munition (IPA) Among the clouds (hazy pale ale) Krumlov (pilsner) Ohh Vienna (lager) Enjoyable! I liked Among the clouds because I thought it had the most hoppiness that I like. Recommend to go in the patio season, they have a small and quiet patio that offers sun, breeze, and relaxation. It is located in Ajax south which is very close to the lake.

My first time finally visiting the Falcon! Small place, but it was a great experience. The staff were friendly and attentive to our group of 8, provided options and suggestions on beers to try, and were quick to respond to an email request for a reservation. I didn't get the idea that they had much of a food menu, our group ordered from Pizza Pinos across the street which seemed like the normal thing to do. We arrived at 6:30pm and no one else was there it started picking up at about 7:30pm. Last call was at 10 and they closed at 11 (Saturday). Will definitely go back especially when the patio opens again!

Extremely nice people here! It's a hidden gem but you'll enjoy their selection of beers. If you are new to everything I'd suggest getting their flights, it's so cheap! Only 6.50 for 4 samples. They change their selection of beers every so often, I definitely recommend their red falcon, brown cow, raspberry beret. When I came just now they changed some of their beers! I now recommend the fresh roast (coffee porter, so delicious), citra, and Salem stout. All have unique flavours and definitely makes everything worth it!

Cool venue. Open, lots of seating and lots of parking. Several beers on tap as well as a cooler with bottles to take home. I grabbed a flight of 4 samples. Staff are super friendly and super cool. Good snacks available too that come from local businesses; they don't have a full kitchen. The beer is alright. Some are very light, but I liked their black lager. Prices are great! They have live music there sometimes. The musical guest performing when I was there was really good! There's a large patio as well, too bad it's winter!
