Boston Pizza - Airdrie

Joseph gave a phenomenal service experience, I will return only to be served by him! he kept all food sensitivity and beverage palettes in the eye while helping us decide on food/drinks. it stayed longer, just to learn more from its genuine positiveity and ease of use! Many thanks for killing us so much, joseph! to soon!

Beautiful exterior /location, but I'm not overly impressed with kitchen. My tacos were Skippy barely any coleslaw or chicken breast served on them and they normally come with cilantro but i didn't get any on mine so the order that doesn't come with a side and cost 16$ gets served to me like that yea no thanks ..thanks for nothing definitely disappointing.but other items in order were okay.server was sweet at least

Our server Alexandra A . Smiles and great with the kids... Place was super clean. Their Robot helper was super rad!!The nachos was very very lack luster. Not what I normally expect from BP'S. Less meat on them then a small Wendy's burger... I didn't find it layered very nice out the the edges either...The tropical chicken pizza was as always an extreme pleasure and didn't disappoint at all...Reason for 3 start:. I asked for no olives on .y nachos and there were still a few random ones floating in there, bit disappointing, and the nachos being sub par.Otherwise good time!! And yes would go back to this location

Had a bad experience about 6 moths ago…thought we would try again tonight.. more of a disappointment.. had a big order, we ordered pizza bread it came with no dipping sauce?? I called and they explained it’s extra ..hmmm even the picture advising it has a sauce.. they didn’t try to send me one to make it better or even up sell me one late?… in total we spent 120$ on dinner .. felt like 40$ would have been over priced.. we had to put together the tacos and salmon bowl.. wings tasted good but looked burnt and Boston’s pizzas -famous pizza bread.. it’s plain… apparently with NO DIPPING SAUCE… it’s a joke.. save your money, food is average and customer service is terrible… will not be calling this place again for takeout.

Was there with our young family on a busy Sunday night just before 5. While the server could have been friendlier the food was good. And the kids loved the balloon guy and the serving robot. Will diffently make the drive again for dinner
