Restaurant bewertenFriday around 3:30 and they were extremely busy. Everyone was still very friendly and the cold Italian sub was so good. I received my food quickly even though they were so busy.
I have placed an order online and when I came to pick it up, I was not greeted with a Hello or anything. They seemed more interested to talk to a man who either worked there or simply stopped saying hello, but nevertheless I had to say something before someone realized that I was there. It's bad enough that we run out nice places to eat or pick up food, but now Firehouse on Whiskey rd works in this way.wow, and think one of the nice staff previously asked me to download the app for a better online experience. Well, this experience has just killed this opportunity, sorry to say I will delete the app and share my experience with others.
I have never had an issue with the employees or food at this location. They are streamline and always professional. Great experience everytime!
I placed an online order and when I arrived to pick it up, I wasn’t greeted at all. The staff seemed more focused on chatting with a man who either worked there or was just passing by. I felt like I had to speak up before anyone noticed I was waiting. It's frustrating that there are so few nice places to eat or get takeout, and now Firehouse on Whiskey Road is adding to that disappointment. I remember one of the friendly staff members suggesting I download their app for a better online experience, but this visit has completely ruined that impression. I’m sorry to say that I’ll be deleting the app and sharing my experience with others.
It's been a long time since I've visited a fast food restaurant, and I was really looking forward to my meal today. I ordered a sub with a salad, but guess what? They forgot the salad! Seriously, it's frustrating. No matter if you tell them directly or write it down, fast food employees just can't seem to get anything right—except for taking your money. It feels like you need a college degree just to flip a burger these days, which is absurd. The only good places to eat in Aiken are the country clubs in Woodside; at least they seem to know how to do their jobs. It's clear that the food industry in America has really gone downhill. Another business bites the dust.
