I’ve been here nine times total, giving them chance after chance after chance and every single time, they completely forget part of my order, whether it’s drinks, fries, hash browns, or the actual burger. They pull up cars regardless of if they need to or not. I get that whoever cares so badly about times is making y'all do that, but every time? I’m starting to think y'all just forget food on purpose for kicks. I consider myself a very understanding person when it comes to food service after having been in that job. It’s easy to forget stuff. But when morning, noon, AND afternoon crew do it, it’s a wonder how no one’s complained.

Terrible customer service. Placed a mobile order. Took me 15 minutes to get here and I’ve currently been waiting 15+ minutes for it to be done. They had me pull forward and 6 cars have come and gone with their food in the time being. This happens literally every time. Why allow mobile orders if it’s going to take you longer to process and make the food than it takes for someone to pull up, order and leave with their food?? Not to mention the terrible attitudes from the employees.
Super slow, there is nothing fast about that place.
As a door dasher I deal with a lot of restaurants I understand the demand of the job. How ever with that being said I chose to walk in to every establishment with a smile and to try my best to keep an upbeat attitude. Last night sun dec 3,2023 I went into this restaurant and was met with the rudest employee I have ever had the displeasure of meeting. When I asked if there was a sticker for the drink I was glared at and then told naw we don't got em. I said okay thank you and as I was leaving she rolled her eyes and said it was just my job to pick the order up and to take what they gave me ,not to play dasher cop. ???? I still left with a smile and told her to have a good night. Id advise not going there they are always out of something and I still haven't met an employee there that doesn't want to argue with a customer.
