My favorite anyway.Runned by a young couple, who, apart of extensive training in Switzerland and abroad, has inherited inmost secrets of delicious dishes and refined presentation from their parents, this place is really friendly, elegant, with breathtaking mountain view (by good weather). Even after finishing 7 course meal you don't want to leave, so count in average 4 hours for this very pleasant gastronomic and relaxing experience, you shall remember for long."

"Although the location in Aigle is not very attractive, the restaurant is busy and welcoming. We ate pizzas, from their wood burning oven, which were delicious, and enjoyed the local white wine they recommended. Rather a good place, not overly expensive, which is not always the case in Switzerland."
