Wendy's - Aiea

The cooks here do not wear gloves, and that is highly unsanitary and unhealthy and it could get you sick. I’ve come here on a numerous amount of occasions just to see if it would change and it has not and I just don’t like the uncleanliness.

Renovation required. Dirty, cracked sofas, old dirt on the ceiling. Air conditioning set very cold.

The dreamsicle frosty was terrible. The frosty was melted before received. Flavor was gross. Do not recommend it.

Cashier lady with the star tattoos on her neck is very disrespectful. I was waiting to order and when she came to take my order she said “What” in a very rude way. She has a very nasty attitude that needs to be fixed asap.

I've been moderately satisfied with this Wendys up until now, but it has gone downhill. Not sure what's happening but when we stopped there last week, late night , they were literally out of EVERYTHING we tried to order. No fries, no potatoes, no spicy chicken, no pretzel rolls no salads. I'm not exaggerating at all. It was crazy. We ended up spending $60 on food that was nothing like what we wanted. Get it together. I love Wendys want to come back.
