Restaurant bewertenReal western atmosphere epic western scenery. This is not the place you want to pass by. Everything is homemade and fresh to order. From sweet tea to green chili, they serve staple Colorado food in a conveniently located eatery, in between Trinidad and Walsenburg.
Comfortable atmosphere and amazing food! Chris and Barb, super friendly and welcoming!
Just left this little gem. Obtained the BLT and the fries with chilie and cheese. Phenomenal. So good and a LARGE portion. The pancakes...the size of a platter, golden crisp on the outside, tender on the inside. The sausage...fresh. thick. Tasty...so good. All of it was good. Flavor abound . Need this in Central Texas!!
My band needed to find some last minute grub while waiting for a tow truck and we were lucky enough to stumble upon this gem. We were beyond surprised with how satisfying and filling the food was, and blown away by the excellent service. Our server Linda was a total sweetheart AND an amazing cook. Seems like she did everything start to finish, just to make sure we left with smiles on our face. Incredibly grateful ????
The two staff members here did not seem to know what they were doing at all. They broke multiple plates and had to look up the recipe for eggs. The food is fine for the cost, but with zero vegetarian options. They don't say anywhere on their menu that their green chili has pork in it an allergen and religious concern. They were nice and apologetic, but when I tried to get a refund, they claimed they didn't know how. With so many other places within 15 minutes, my recommendation is to keep driving.
