For years, we've been buying our late-year-old foie gras at Michel Dussau, but we never had come to his restaurant. unlikely location, between the MacDo and the Hippopotamus. Glacial decoration worthy of an Ibis. Very short map, directed towards local products. No wine map: you choose directly in the cellar – an amateur cellar, with well selected bottles of beautiful properties, at reasonable prices. Rustic dishes, in the right direction of the term. Slow cooked milk corkscrew, finished on a plate, accompanied by an excellent potato purée. Nice saturated meats.
Tres chalé restaurant really beautiful used and always learn with smile and listen. remarkable kitchen with a chef and these unusual accolytes or you will go out hungry in the belly.. an establishment that I recommend eyes closed. Merçi has the entire team of La Table de Michel Dussau will return without hesitation.
