Some of the employees are very rude. Seriously, I walked in one day and this lady pointed at the register and said what do you want . She was very short and seemed annoyed that I even dare disturb her. The store itself isn 't that clean and the bathroom is gross.

Expired milk (by more than 2 weeks! and the milk we bought that wasn’t expired was moldy!

Been shopping here for 20+ years, was always more than pleased with this place... Until our last visit, when my disabled mother was mocked, slandered and mistreated by the Asst Manager, Kathy. Kathy was cruel to a disabled woman, berating her for not using the K&G app when she needed curbside service. My mother is elderly and not good with touchscreen phones, and we 've never been refused service for not having the app (or even told we needed it. Kathy tried to claim she couldn 't help because she was the only one there despite being able to see other employees through the window. We did receive an apology from the young man that finally did come out, for Kathy 's behavior. He was helpful and got the order filled and brought out. I 'm sorry we didn 't get his name, though he was tall and slender, with dark hair. When called out on her behaviors, we received absolutely no apology, rather she tried to validate her actions being acceptable because she has a hearing aid. Having trouble what was being said? That would be understandable, but this wasn 't about that. She was defending her treatment of a disabled person as being acceptable because she was disabled as well. Absolutely disgusting behavior and it shouldn 't be tolerated.

This place is something else, jalapeños all over the floor, I let the cashier know, she acted like she could care less. Horrible service filthy place. She was rude. I would not recommend this location.
