Location is extremely dirty. Windows haven’t been cleaned in 3 years, parking lot full of ice and not salted and pop had floating debris in it.

Brake time for 20 minutes? I have to wait for the brake time is over? This happened in prime time, 5:30 pm.What kind of business management is this?

Cashier was very rude rushed me to order and then mocked me for thinking of the selection I wanted for my family. Then he said no he won’t serve me because I was picking out the food and it was too long for him to put in and he had stuff to do. Worse burger experience ever
