Restaurant bewertenWanted to try a try a small family owned restaurant for lunch on Saturday afternoon. We decided we would try Two Gals Bar and Grill in Abington. This was a mistake entered the restaurant and sat there for almost 10 minutes before a server finally came out of the restroom. She was nice, but very new. We ordered buffalo wings to start. She puts our order in and then came out to tell us they don’t have any, so we then ordered mozzarella sticks. Server put those in and comes back to state they ran out of mozzarella sticks, but they found some buffalo wings….and she proceeds to tell us that it’s Saturday and they are almost out of food because it’s the end of the week. We should have packed it up then…but we didn’t. We get the wings and they are cold…we were the only people in the restaurant how can they be cold?We proceed to order lunch, BLT with fries and steak and cheese sub. Steak and cheese looked bad, the meat was a gray color it was not edible. French fries were disgusting double coated and looked like they were cooked 10 times in grease. Server sees we didn’t touch the wings or even take a bite of the steak and cheese and hands us the check. Never asked If everything was ok. So disappointed.
The food was great, came out HOT the way I like it, service was very friendly, prices very reasonable. Definitely would go back again!
Hands down one of the best restaurants around. Food is fantastic ,affordable , and staff is very friendly. Home made lasagna and meatloaf are a must. Also try the bar style pizza absolutely amazing. My favorite of all is the fish n' chips. My mom ordered a bacon cheeseburger and loved it.
This is a review for 2 Gals' new Hanson location, which doesn't yet have its own Yelp page. First, we're very happy that another breakfast/lunch restaurant has gone into the space formerly occupied by the much-loved, much-missed Cafe Deli. I've been to 2 Gals Hanson 3 times, and the first time was GREAT. I got the silver dollar pancakes and they were perfection; just the right size, a tiny bit crunchy on the outside, and lightly dusted with confectioner's sugar...yum! The second time I went, I ordered the silver dollar pancakes again because they were sooo good the last time. This time they were much too big *and* not fully cooked. My third--and possibly last--time going to 2 Gals was this past weekend. I got pancakes that came with bits of corned beef hash and onions stuck to them--barf!! NOBODY wants the **** from other people's orders on their food!
Everything is frozen don't waste your money they got high school kids cooking the place is joke that's why it's never busy
