Restaurant bewertenThe bread was served hard, and the pita chips with spinach dip were burnt. The Fagioli soup had hardly any beans in it. The salad had large chunks of wilted lettuce. The waitress seemed disinterested and never smiled, giving off the impression that she wanted us to leave quickly. However, other waiting staff were friendly and welcoming while they waited for their own tables.
I used the drive-thru at this restaurant and also used the app to place my order. Initially, the first employees I encountered directed me forward. However, when I reached the window, they had the food ready for the two cars behind me instead of my order. I asked to move forward, but then noticed that the cars behind me were already eating their food. I decided to move into a parking lot to allow others to pass. When I went back to the window, two more cars received their food before me. Finally, they gave me my order without so much as an apology. To make matters worse, all I had ordered was nuggets, mac and cheese, a sandwich, and a bag of chips. I was quite disappointed as this restaurant has been one of our favorites.
I ordered the chicken strips for lunch, but unfortunately, they were old, cold, and overcooked. The color was very dark, indicating they were overdone. I only noticed this once I got home with my food. It seems like Chick-fil-A is prioritizing speed over quality. I do not plan on returning.
Great service. even if the journey -thru line is long, they make sure they get their food quickly. I appreciate that they have enough staff to take care of the haste to lunch and dinner.
Out of the 2 restaurants in town this is definitely the only one I go to. Not that the other one is bad, it's just always busy. Also, this locations food tastes better, in my opinion.
