Restaurant bewertenGreat food, excellent service. I got the chopped steak w/ mashed potatoes, veggie of the day (zucchini and squash steamed I belive tossed in garlic butter) YUM! Just trying to figure out why the smoking area is right at the front door. Non smokers have to walk through a fog of smoke to enter. *update.. I went back, this time for take out. Smokers are still out front lol. I got a steak sub to go (I ordered no cheese, peppers and onions with mushrooms) and a baked potato.Again, food was good and service was good.
Had to send mashed potatoes back due to being cold (butter didnt even melt). Came back nice and hot. Fried egg burger was delicious. Ribs were good.
Service started out great ???? but to our disappointment went to zero fast. We were brought water and bread which was nice being that we didn't have to ask. After we ordered drinks and appetizers, our drinks came out wrong. Not a big deal, easy fix. We then had a follow up on our entrees. I ordered delmonico steak rare with fries coleslaw and a side of horseradish. My wife ordered the ribeye medium well with baked potatoes, mushroom. 20 minutes later our waitress returnstelling us our foods on its way. No question about drinks or appetizers. We then wait 15 more minutes to get steaks to find my 36 dollar steak was char and well done not rare and I had broccoli instead of fries with no horseradish. My ywife convinced me to say something. By the time the manager came over my wife had already finished half of her butter and baked potatoe. And I was told another steak is on its way. I refuse to have to wait another 30 minutes to have acharged burnt steak well done. Terrible steak for a steakhouse and Service was lacking. I still payed 70 dollars for my wife's food and the Drinks along with a disappointment of a night out for my first time there it was a big zero.Terrible. Below is lesson 1. I should have stayed home and cooked myself. This is my filet cooked medium rare with spicy shrimp. Lesson for the cook.
