Mcdonald's - Aberdeen

The food is always fresh and ready, chicken nuggets nice and crispy, fries are always fresh as well, definitely best McDonald’s around.

The bathrooms were absolutely disgusting. There was literal poop everywhere in both. In the ladies room you could only use one toilet. When we told the manager we were ignored.Then we finally get our food and its cold. Everyone else in our party decided to just eat it but the member who got 2 fish sandwiches didn 't want to risk it. They ask for fresh ones and we literally watched them out them in a microwave and then try to hand it to us. Are you serious? Then the manager again ignored us when we requested cook to order fish. The entire party was finished eating by the time we had to remind them of our missing fish sandwiches. Absolutely the worse service. Not to mention all the exterior trash cans were also over flowing all over the parking lot. This place should be ashamed of themselves.Manager refused to give us any information to complain above them. Even introduced himself as kinda the manager today like really?Yall wanna charge me dang near 50bucks to get mcdonalds you should atleast do better either your customer service and food quality and cleanliness.Will literally never return. And I hope I don 't get food poisoning from this place.Shameful.

Morning shift no personality, If you're not using the app slow at cash register. Hear a lot of talk from the back but orders still wrong. Dinner shift very nice and helpful. Don't believe lobby hours posted on door. Sometimes close by 7:30pm.

I've gotta give the manager, ALICE, a LOT of compliments and credit. ALICE keeps a very nice, clean, organized store and employees arrive with smiles on their faces..... ALICE is always smiling and if she's not, just check to make sure you're smiling too and tell her what a great job she does with keeping things extremely nice and clean. Thank You Alice!! ??

Does it matter about the review anymore the service SUCKS,went inside to try to order no body up front I heard an employee calling somebody's name didn't response kept calling the name finally I decided to leave cause if it's like this now it's gonna take forever to get my food,went to the mcdees else we'reI got served just like that, didn't have to wait,this mc Donald's in beards hill is just as terrible as the gave de grace one I don't eat there anymore it's been 4 yrs that I haven't eaten at the hdg store I drive to aberdeen ,now it's getting at the point I'm gonna stop eating at McDonald's that's really sad the service isn't the same
