Starbucks - Abbotsford

Love this Starbucks, always open early with friendly staff trying to make everyone's day!

Ordered a coffee and a green tea Frappuccino and confirmed the order with cashier, waited for more than 10 minutes. Many customers lined up behind me got their coffees. I asked a girl there what happened with my order. The girl responded very quickly and made a coffee for me. She responded very professionally and politely. As the girl made the coffee for me, I noticed there was a Moca sitting on the countertop labeled with my name. Wonder why they could not call customers name when they served the coffee. I understood it was pretty busy there. But left a customer there for such a long time and served them with a wrong coffee. Very disappointed. Worst experience in Starbucks.

This Starbucks location at Mcallum junction, is a popular one, right beside mc donalds the drive through is always packed. There is seating outside and lots of parking in the area. Good service inside, staff are friendly lineup goes fast. Large selection of coffee and other drinks that are over priced as usual, I find there food...like the sandwiches to be very Bland, no mayonnaise ,no ketchup packs. There blonde roast coffee in the mornings is the best. This location is also right beside the HWY #1 exit..

Cardboard straws are horrible. Could not finish my frappacino because the straw fell apart half way. This makes McDonald's look better because at least their cardboard straws don't fall apart. Overpriced for the quality but that's a Starbucks thing. Not really baristas anymore. Service was good and staff was friendly. So Kudos to the staff. Shame Starbucks has gone downhill in the quality department.
