Hóng Lán - 那須烏山市

I visited because I heard the bean sprout ramen is delicious! The atmosphere and taste were both great, and it was nice to chat casually while eating. Also, I recommend the Kouranmen which has a sour soy sauce base with plenty of ingredients. I revisited on 6/14 and the restaurant was bustling, making for a pleasant dining experience.

The noodles are usually boiled to a soft texture. I had the large portion of Char Siu Ramen and fried rice. The Char Siu had a nice chewy texture and was very satisfying. The fried rice, although simple, had a strong presence of Char Siu. Next time, I'm curious to try the egg bowl.

I had been curious about this Chinese restaurant for a while. The nostalgic atmosphere of the traditional Chinese restaurant is great ^ ^ The noodles in the ramen were about 1.5 times larger than those at a typical ramen shop.

お肉は肩ロースかな？ボリュームが有り値段も安めです。どっさりキャベツも良い感じ 味付けはあっさり系で生姜が効いてる感じです。

餃子がジューシーで美味しかったです ラーメンのチャーシューが少し残念だったくらいで値段も安く他も食べたいと思わせる味でした。
