Ich habe das Rezept schon vor einiger Zeit entdeckt und backe die Brote seit dem regelmäßig. einfach und super lecker. dazu gibt's entweder ein Curry oder ein chilli
Wie ist das mit dem geschlagenen Ei zu verstehen? Nur Eiweiß oder beides? Wenn ich eine Ei (mit Eigelb) schlage, wird da nix schaumig
Tolles Rezept. Die ganze Familie war begeistert. Hab das Brot auf meiner gusseisernen Crêpepfanne gebacken und es ist perfekt geworden. Werd ich in Zukunft häufiger machen.
