Guten Tag, erstmal danke für das interessante Rezept! Ich hab den Gorgonzola mit etwas Magerquark gemischt, das war auch ganz besonders gut. Allerdings hatte ich ehrlich gesagt etwas Probleme, den (Gorgonzola-)Kürbis auszulöffeln, da er noch ziemlich...
Hallo, dieser Kürbis ist so was von lecker. Bin ja eigentlich kein Kürbisfan, aber dieser ist wirklich im Geschmack ganz fein und die Füllung passt bestens dazu. Vor dem Backen habe ich die Kürbisse innen noch eingeölt und mit Salz und Pfeffer bestre...
Das ist ja mal eine total geniale Idee. Hab allerdings noch bissl Zwiebeln und Knoblauch dabei gehabt, einfach nur absolut lecker. Alle waren komplett begeistert. Wird noch öfter wiederholet. Besten Dank für die Idee!!!!
