This is a fantastic side dish for any meatEveryone loves itThe secret is to QUARTER the tomatoes that give it a zing, and finely mince the garlic.
This recipe was amazing! However I am not a fan of goat cheese, so I used marscapone instead. What a delicious, fresh recipe!
This was great and super easy!! I used more sum dried tomatoes and extra goat cheese. Used a little fat free half and half to thin it a bit. Really really tasty.
