Grilled top round steak served with white or mexican-style rice, frijoles and guacamole with a salad or cactus.

Fisch-Taco

Grilled or beer-battered seafood on a soft corn tortilla with dressing, cabbage, onions, tomatoes, cilantro, salsa and lime.

Tamale

Choice of pork sauteed in red chile sauce or chicken sauteed in green chile sauce, stuffed into corn masa, wrapped in a corn leaf husk and steamed to perfection.
