Taco Bell - Troy

We had a great experience at the Troy Location! The staff was friendly and appreciative!!

Takes a while to get help, food is rarely correct... waited for atleast an hour and a half for one mobile order, that was sitting behind a corner the whole time... latest time I went, no one knew where my order was, said they had given it to someone else, didn't listen to the name I provided, and again it was where they just didn't know about it...

On a busy road. Small parking lot. Typical TB food and staff.

Food had no flavor for a Burrito Supreme.The chips with cheese dip were stale.Tomato and lettuce were nasty in burrito.

Go to the counter to order, apparently they don’t care much about serving the customers that order at the kiosk. Had to ask for my drinks because they had no clue what my order was other than the food. Most of the drinks were nothing but carbonated water and it looks like no one has cleaned around the drink machine for awhile. Might want to hire a manager for this store.
