Chilis - Spring Hill

Came in for the first time yesterday and ordered the $9 Double Burger Lunch Special. The restaurant was friendly, lively, and clean. The food was hot, fresh, and wonderful. It was delivered promptly and everything was correct--just as I ordered it. Lorene is a rockstar! She was tending bar and waiting on several tables in the area as well. She has a lovely customer-focused demeanor that radiates how good she is at her job and with people in general. Even though she was so busy, she made sure to make me feel like I was her only customer and concern. Great food, service, and atmosphere. I will definitely come back.

We ordered from here last night and the food arrived cold. The sides that we got were in little containers and they were less than half full. The loaded mashed potatoes tasted funny but I ate them all. Two hours later I threw up my dinner. I'm not going to order from Chili's again.

Arriving there we had to just stand there waiting bc nobody came to the front for awhile, same thing when we got to our table. We should have just left took that as a sign of unforeseen events. My smokehouse combo was burnt, even the corn. Ribs, brisket quesadillas was way over cooked. My sons sliders were so charbroiled he couldn't even bite into them. My daughters cheese pizza her side of pineapples was the only thing that managed to get eaten. So I go back forth with my waitress she tells me that's how the food comes. The manager did try to ask me to try other items he said wow I had no idea they would send this out, but I declined to try anything else before he got over there, he was rolling his eyes bc obviously he can't do his job either. Fire everybody start from scratch. You're better off going to Kroger's freezer section cooking. We won't be back. I should've spent them $64 on groceries.

This is my first time at this chilis and I will never go back. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left we saw our waitress twice and we were there for two hours. I got my food which was the chicken enchilada soup, chips and salad. The salad was slimy and bad. The soup was disgusting, I wanted to see if the waitress would trade the soup out considering I took one bite and hated it. She said she would, then never returned. Once reminding her about this after waiting thirty minutes, she charged me for the other soup. We payed $35 for my meal which I had two bites of, my fiancés meal which he only ate the brisket quesadilla while the sausage tasted like plastic. Lastly, to top it off there was no apologies about the lack of attention to the table, the bad food, and forgetfulness. The waitress even when asking which soup to replace it with WARNED me about the other ones describing them as GROSS. I am disgusted with this experience and will not be returning. Please save yourself the wasted time by choosing this place.

It's been awhile since we've been to a Chili's but we were out doing errands and needing a place that stayed open past 9. Wish I had come sooner! The place was spotless, the Presidente margs were excellent, the service was exceptional! The kitchen got one of our orders wrong but they apologized sincerely and had the right order made quick and it all tasted so good!! The manager bought us desert because of the order mix up and was just so kind!!! It's so hard to find a place as attentive to their customers as this Chili's, especially now days. We are big fans now and will be back!!
