Mcdonald's - Shorewood

The restaurant was extremely busy with long lines both inside and at the drive-thru. The staff were working as quickly as they could to serve everyone. I received my order accurately and the food tasted just like McDonald's.

McDonald's without fries? They should be open 24 hours, but if you go after 12 they don't want to serve you.

I had 15 minutes before I needed to be somewhere, so I decided to go to McDonald's because I thought it would be the fastest option. I ordered a quarter pounder with cheese, a small fries, and a small Sprite. When I paid, I received the Sprite but then had to wait and wait for a place to sit. Eventually, I saw a guy bring out an order and hand it to someone in the mobile pickup area. The person realized it wasn't their order, but the workers just went back inside without the bag and never came out again. After waiting for 20 minutes, I finally gave up and left. The service was absolutely terrible.

Every time I and my family order the 40-piece chicken nuggets, we never get the soss for it. this happens several times or we have forgotten articles. I've never had any problems at this place. food: 4/5

Sa in the drive thru line for 20 minutes at 9 o'clock at sat night. fry doners don't work. teens runs between cars waiting in line. do not move the line after another 10 minutes. the service is really bad here.
