Restaurant bewertenAwful experience, the manager on duty Amiyah, was an awful excuse for a manager. She was very rude, aggressive, and did not want to help me as a paying customer. The order was not made correctly, she was very rude and seemed upset because I asked her toremake my order due to the employees making a mistake on their end. She did not have the right mentality when dealing with acustomer. She should not be allowed to speak to paying customers in that manner.
This has not been a good experience. I ordered a gravy biscuit combo. Took one bite, gravy was sour. Walked up front to tell someone, was ignored for a good 3 to 4 minutes before I left the counter and went back to my table. Let me be clear, there wereonly 3 other people in the restaurant. Waited a few minutes then went back to counter, another customer told them I neededsomething. Finally got to tell the girl that it was bad, she looked upset then tried 3 times to tell the manager who ignoredher. I told the girl to just keep it and walked away. This is after having to pay for 1 sauce, not an extra sauce just a sauce. Very disappointed!! Will not be back. Really need to get it together.
The biscuits were fresh, but the sausage, eggs, and chicken were cold. I also experienced a long wait despite there being no other customers.
I went through the drive-thru and had to wait in one of the designated parking spots, but I ended up getting freshly made hot fries.
I had previously written a less than positive review of the Bojangles in Ramseur, but the manager reached out to me personally to discuss the situation and offered to make amends. I was truly impressed by this thoughtful gesture, so I'm now giving them a full five-star rating! It turned out to be just a mix-up with the food; there was some confusion as the shifts were changing, but they really made things right. Bojangles in Ramseur is fantastic!
