Papa Johns Pizza - Plant City

Ordered pizza tonight and the pizza came all crammed in the box like the driver hit the brakes to hard or something and the pizza fell forward. Then the cut job is absolutely horrible. We got chicken parm garlic knots and they have sausage and peppers in it? Definitely not chicken parm.

The food is great (when someone cares), the service is average at best, affording room for improvement when dining in store. The franchisee 's *could* make this place The pizza place in town, if they simply invested in it some.

1 hour to pick up a pepperoni pizza chaotic, and it's not ran good.

Young people are having fun, music loud, talking over the music, I lost my phone, I looked everywhere. My friend has the app life360, so I tracked my phone to them, so I called and asked if they found a phone, know was the answer, so my friend and me went to the place, walked in asked again, answer NO, My phone was in the sit where I was sitting 3 hours later. They didn't even clean the table. I will never go back

I would give zero if possible. food was fine but service or lack of management skills was really terrible. Order was supposed to be 25 got it after 43 minutes. Front counter really needs work as lots of people were waiting and were visibly frustrated.
