The Grand Oak Villa - Oakville

My wife and I chose Grand Oak Villa for its stunning ballroom, delicious cuisine and Family style service and they certainly did not disappoint! We felt incredibly relaxed working with the staff from our initial meeting with Angela Michael to the waitstaff and bartender that hosted our wedding. Our guests kept coming up to us throughout the day with so many compliments on the food and shear beauty of the ballroom. Every bite was packed with flavor and the presentation was spot on. The service that our family and friends experienced was as attentive as it was flawless. As a wedding dj that has hosted many celebrations there, it's a much different experience as a groom. And I can confidently say that Grand Oak Villa should be on your list of venues to consider for your special day. Thank you to the DisTasi family for a perfect day!

I've been here for events several times. The facility is very nice, food is excellent and the wait staff has always been friendly and helpful.

My wifey and I were here for a wedding reception. The venue is well maintained. We sat in a picnic pavilion with about 60 other guests. It's on a bit of a hill so there was a breeze. But on a hot day, you shouldn't count on that because it's surrounded by trees, so the could cut down on the airflow a bit. The staff were great at keeping things picked up and having food and drinks read as requested. If you need entertainment, be sure to be prepared. The wedding party was provided a single speaker to play music from and a cheap microphone.

Had the Easter brunch for the first time. It was pretty decent. The only complaint would be the desserts could have been a little better but over all a good dinner with family.

Went for a school award event. Beautiful place, chandeliers, clean and formal, buffet available, good service but could've used a little less staring from one of the employees when they were trying to pick up everything from the table (We were busy with school personnel understanding how the event was going to be played out) Besides that little hiccup, everything was awesome! Totally and completely recommended this place to have your event or party!!
