Restaurant bewertenWorst DQ I have been to. When I got home my order was completely wrong. The blizzard was made with chocolate ice cream when I asked for vanilla, but the worker put vanilla on top to hide the chocolate. The car in front of me return their ice cream 3x before they got it right.
Drive thru or walk up DQ.Owner is super nice and helpful.Always love a DQ but this is one of our favorites.
$34 for a freezer burned cake today. It was disgusting and such a disappointment for my kid’s birthday. This used to be my favorite DQ. I’d like a refund!
A few things wrong with this location. Prices: this location has added $2+ to every single product on their menu.. a small blizzard was $6.59.. any other location is $3.69. for a soft serve chocolate sugar cone and the blizzard it was over $12. Service: it doesn't matter what time you go there, we were the 3rd car in line and it took north of 30 minutes and they still got our order wrong, when asked to remake it they jipped us on the contents of the blizzard. Drive thru: their intercom doesn't work at all which adds to the wait time. Employee attitude: we were given attitude when we told the girl working the window our blizzard was incorrect and asked if they'd remake it. Tip: the girl asked why we didn't tip when I noticed their prices were hyper inflated compared to other locations. AVOID THIS LOCATION.. you'll save time driving to the East Rutherford, NJ LOCATION even with the drive time. Ambience: the place is decrepit and falling apart, if you park in the parking lot when it's busy.. good luck getting out of your spot since that's where the drive thru line is.
They have a great crew working there. The one time I did have an issue, the manager was very attentive and concerned. Everything was resolved above and beyond. Pick this location!
