Restaurant bewertenThe service at this restaurant is terrible. We went through the drive-thru and ordered a coke, but they gave us diet coke instead. We asked for utensils, napkins, salt, and pepper, but the worker acted like it was a bother. The quality of service has noticeably declined.
I am disappointed with Whataburger lately as their quality seems to be declining. The customer service has always been good, but the food now resembles that of McDonald's. The burgers used to be hot and juicy, but now they are dry with cheese that seems to be melted from the night before. The taquitos used to be fresh, but now they taste like cold cardboard. Whataburger, we are calling you out! We don't want a refund, we want the quality of Whataburger to come back. You are better than this, act like it!
It 's actually 0 stars! We had a 2 hour drive and of course kids wanted dinner for the road. We went through the drive-through to save time and not only did the girl not hear when I told her I wanted to use my reward, one of the Mangers also didn 't payattention but our order was also wrong. I had to drive back waste another 20+minutes and the employees were upset at uscustomers for their mistakes. Yes, I understand and am fluent in spanish. I heard what they were saying; didn 't appreciatetheir disrespectful attitude as they spoke about the customers. No apologies for their mistakes or considerations for customersin drive-through.
I went to this restaurant for breakfast and had a negative experience with the cashier, Brayan S. After my first item, he became distracted by his phone and kept putting in the wrong order. Despite me telling him multiple times that I wanted a single sandwich, he continued to input a meal. When I noticed the error on my receipt, I asked for it to be corrected. Brayan brought over a manager who did not speak English, and tried to blame the mistake on me. I speak Spanish and made it clear that it was his fault. He still insisted that I had ordered a meal. This level of inattentiveness, poor customer service, and lack of communication skills from the supervisor were unacceptable.
The food was so greasy that it was leaking from the bag! And so many employees standing around not doing anything besides laughing!
