Chipotle Mexican Grill - Mechanicsburg

The food and service are consistently great here. The friendly staff is definitely the main reason to keep coming back. However, there is one downside: the price. I've ordered the same meal multiple times, yet I've never paid the same amount. Sometimes it's a dollar or two more, and other times it's a dollar or two less. It’s quite amusing!

The food was excellent in both quantity and flavor, but the dining area and soda station were dirty. We visited around 3:30 PM on a Sunday, and there was only one child in the dining room at the time. There was plenty of opportunity to clean the space. With five workers in the kitchen, there were more than enough staff members to handle the cleaning.

Chipotle is one of the best places to eat, and it has become one of my go-to options whenever I'm unsure about what to have. I really enjoy their bowl selections. The staff at Chipotle has consistently been nice and friendly, no matter which location I visit, even when I'm in a different state.

We all know that Chipotle is good and fresh because you all make it fresh and usually stay busy cooking and helping customers. Good workers are hard to get and keep we know that. We as customer and stock holders don 't mind paying $20.00 for a good chickenbowl with chips. But sometimes the staff gets too focaused on the backend duties. We as customers see things that the staff maynot realize that we see waking in for our first impressions. Attention to detail is everything in the fresh fast food industry.I good Chef manager should make sure the chips are rotated and crispy. Work areas are tidy and dining area tables are cleanedregularly. As a result, I must give you a 3 star rating for now. Please remind the staff to keep the tables and dining areaclean. It sets the experience and customers confidence when walking in. It 's easy. See dirty tables, would you have secondthoughts about eating here? Sorry but that 's what people see that you may not. I see the staff working and greeting customers. I know they are able to get 5 stars easy.

Always good food and good service. the friendly people are the best reasons to come. the only discount pays, they can order the same and always pay another order. I have received the same order 5 times and never paid for it. sometimes higher a dollar or 2 sometimes lower one dollar or two, his funny.
