Olive Garden Italian - Pittsburgh

Ali is the best server!!! He is super nice, quick, and very efficient. Food was fresh and hot.

Just wanted to share that I had a great lunch at Olive Garden this week and Noah, our server was so kind! Noah's kindness is what prompted me to write this review, hope to see him again!

Ali was less than attentive to our table and would disappear to the kitchen for 10-15 minutes at a time. I'm not a Karen and can see that other waiters and waitresses were working their butts off, but Ali was more concerned with schmoozing his larger parties than anything. It took us 15 minutes to have him even come to our table the first time, and got our drinks after our breadsticks (we ordered waters, nothing complicated). Afterwards anytime we had to ask for anything because it would be 10 minutes before we'd see him again, he had an attitude like we had the audacity to tell him how to do his job. I know there's 3 sides to every story but we were as polite as we could possibly be given the inattention to our table. I think he thinks he's cute and can get away with being like that at work, but that perception is not based on reality.

We go here when we want it quick lunch. They're salad is pretty good but started not liking their breadsticks because of the cornmeal or semolina they put on them. The fettuccine alfredo is pretty good. The chicken parmesan is good but seems a little bit expensive for the size of the dish. I used to like it when they had the veal parmesan on the tour of Italy, but they took it off of course

Very good tonight I had the tour of Italy. Our bartender was excellent.we are going to miss Jay
