Restaurant bewertenI have tried several times to update dominos our new subdivision in their database. I will always be routed to this place and they make sure that the order is done. today the representative said to call and command the right dominos. I've been waiting for 40 minutes. No thanks and I will not order again.
I rarely complain about anything, especially Domino’s. However, I have to write this. The location off S. Marietta Pkwy has an issue serving persons of color. I’m not exactly sure what the issue is, however I am urging Domino’s to do a thorough investigation. Customer Service for me, is always top priority. If you can greet others of different ethnicities with the upmost respect, then you can do so for all persons of a different background. This particular issue occurs on a regular basis at this location. Uncertain of the associates name, however the individual hung up in my face rudely as he has always done and when I arrived to this location today, he had the audacity to say, “have a nice day,” opposed to apologizing. Meanwhile, this location was supposedly in the process of closing, yet he continued carrying on a conversation with other customers. Furthermore, I was made to wait outside while other customers who were also doing pickups, were allowed to sit inside and wait. Domino’s, is this how you normally treat persons of color?
Ordered delivery to my downtown ATL hotel room. After the delivery time had passed I had to call and follow up; when I called, I was told a number of reasons why my order was cancelled and wouldn't be delivered none of which made any sense. I'm not getting my order from this pizza chain tonight, and they won't be refunding my order to my credit card for 2 3 days. Horrible experience.
Well, they improved for a while. Back to sucking eggs now. Rude person even told me he was the manager. He made my pies. Couldn't even cut the slices all the way through. Lied to me about toppings. Delivered pies cold. Acted as if he were on drugs when he finally answered the call. I guess it is hard to find good help at that location. In fairness, service and quality at the restaurants near this location are horrible. This Domino's and Subway are the worst. Church's is tied for second.
They charged me twice. Then they said that they dont deliver to my area. Now I have to wait 4 days to get my money back.
