Wendy's - Manvel

I went inside to place an order but wasn't acknowledged at all. After waiting for a while, I got frustrated and decided to leave.

We've experienced really slow service every time we visit this location. It takes about 35 minutes to receive our food through the drive-thru. Additionally, the quality of the food is disappointing and doesn't meet the standard that Wendy's is known for.

I really enjoyed this location. I visited for lunch on October 20, 2023, around 2 PM, and the entire staff was friendly and welcoming. The customer service was excellent, and I would definitely return. I also noticed they were cleaning and opening the doors for customers, which left a great impression on me.

Computer is ALWAYS down and they can't take orders. Literally any time between 11 and 2 there's an issue when I go here.

This location is always efficient and the food has always been hot. I’ve never gone inside so I can’t speak on the atmosphere or cleanliness but it does look less then 5 years old based on the exterior.
