This is my all times favorite fast food joint! Their burgers are delicious, I always ask for an extra patty since they are thin.

Just not that good. Troyes it twice since moving here. The Burgers are just not that good. Fries are meh. Custard melts so fast. They don’t put barely any requested items in your ice cream. We won’t go here

This is the second bad experience I 've had at this location. All other locations I 've had great service. I tried to ordering the pub burger with a gluten-free bun. She responded sorry, we 're out of the pub burger buns so we can 't sell it. I said, I understand but I wanted a gluten-free bun. Her response is that her manager said they legally could not sell it. That is about the goofiest thing I ever heard. So I can get it on a gluten-free bun, if you have the regular buns in stock, but it somehow illegal if you 're out of the regular buns? Give me a break.

Decided to try the spicy chicken sandwich based on an article recommending it as the best of 21 fast food chalins. Taste was ok, but it is definitely not at the top of my list. Had los better, and I've had lots worse, leaving this mired in the middle of the pack.

Good food, but absolutely horrible service. 25+ minutes to receive a single cheeseburger after paying for it is unacceptable. We will not be returning to this location.
