Papa Johns Pizza - Louisville

We got a great pizza in here the other night. We were from out of town, didn't have the app to place the order online and thought we could walk in. They were just about to close (we didn't know that), but Kenny still took care of us really quickly. All the staff were friendly, though they had obviously put in a long day.

The staff is friendly and approachable, and the pizza is made fresh. They really go above and beyond to ensure your meal arrives on time, hot, and ready to enjoy.

Just mild inconveniences sent the complaint in and got a refund immediately. Ordered a 10pc breadstick with nacho cheese. Recieved 6 with marinara. Also ordered a side of banana peppers. Recieved 1 single banana pepper. Pizza is not cut all the way through. But aside from all that the food is hot and tasty as expected. Thank you.

Ordered on the website they sent doordash to deliver and I have messages with the driver saying that some guy said the order was his. they literally let someone steal my order cause they left it outside instead of bringing it to my apartment like they're supposed to. Doordash sent a refund to the store and they told me to contact the store so they can process my refund and you can never get a hold of anyone I've been trying since 11am it's now almost 12am and the manager basically called me a liar before I contacted doordash myself the one and only time they actually answered. No place is this busy. I would never order again just because of the unprofessional manager at this place.
