Shabu-ya - Los Angeles

This place has a super cute exterior! It’s like walking thru a small garden in japan or Korea. The food was delicious and there were so many options for side dishes. Meet quality was good and the place was clean. Service was also great! There was a bell that kept playing fur Elise the whole time we were there. That was the only annoying thing. One of the best shabu buffet in town. Their meat selection is premium grade and you can choose different types of broth for you hot pot.

My girlfriend and I really enjoyed our visit here but -1 star because they didn’t have several important hot pot items like sesame oil and garlic for sauces, and because overall quality wasn’t super high.

The nice set up for the all you can eat shabu. There is plenty of food choices such as meats, seafoods— blue crabs, shrimps, mussels, fishes, clams, crawfishes, variety of noodles and vegetables. The service is good. I went there on Friday evening and I didn’t have to wait to be seated. I give it 4 stars because I feel there is missing on their sauces. They have soy sauce, peanut sauce, chili sauce and the other black sauce which I didn’t remember the name. Their sauces were not my kind of type and I feel it was a little bland.
