Restaurant bewertenAttended for a very late lunch last week, not a problem. Still has the attentive service, still great food and coffee, but what a pity the wine list has shrunk so dramatically with all the excellent vineyards so close by.Wait staff very attentive, chef came out of kitchen to check if all was OK - thats the way to do business properly. Definitely on the 'must return to' list. Keep up the great service and food guys.
Called here for the first time under the new ownership. We all had the same Big Breakfast and it was rather big. Two Eggs (anyway you wanted) ample bacon, tomato, homemade hashbrown and the most delicious sauteed field mushrooms. Great value. Staff attentive and friendly. Only small negative and that is the food could have been hotter. Did miss the famous Passionfruit Sponge Cake that the previous owners served. Will call for coffee and cake at a later date.
Such a beautiful place to eat. Great setting and various table arrangements to suit numbers and required atmosphere. The menu catered to all tastes and the food was absolutely delicious. Very reasonably priced and well portioned meals. Will definitely return to this little out of the way gem. Service was also outstanding.
The menu had a good variety of options, from classic avocado toast to more unique dishes like the pork belly. I opted for the smashed avocado with feta and tomato, and it was delicious. The coffee was also top-notch. Overall, I had a great experience at Top Paddock and would definitely recommend it to others looking for a tasty brunch spot.
The coffee at Standard Coffee is standard, but their hotcake is exceptional. It is incredibly sweet, more so than I would like. I recommend either sharing it with someone else or ordering it as a dessert to share.
