Starbucks - Kalkbaai iNingizimu Afrika

Love this Starbucks! It's my closest neighborhood coffee shop and the team there is stellar! They are all so kind and happy and literally brighten my day every time I go. They know me by name and know what I like to drink and always make me feel so special. The store manager Michael is awesome as well. He seems like the absolute best boss to work for. It's service like this that brings returning customers. Whoever hired this team is doing a great job bc it's rare to have this great of service after the pandemic. I'm grateful for the Ralphs Starbucks team and their wonderful attitudes and talented drink making skills! Thanks for always putting a smile on my face

Rude lady working in the morning I will update her name once I come back. Had several rude passive aggressive interactions with her and finally mustered up the energy to leave a review.

The guy the was just at the counter was extremely rude. After ordering a simple cold brew and waiting fifteen minutes for a another employee to fetch oatmilk (keep in mind this location is in a Ralph 's) I asked him what was taking a little long. He proceeds to yell I don 't even work here, f*Ck it. Then Instead of apologizing for the delay after I already paid, he goes boy, you really need your coffee, don 't you ......Worst experience and very disappointing...

Check your lids! Got a grande iced coffee from here and walked to work. The barista did not put the lid on properly and the second I put it on my desk the lid fell off and ALL the coffee poured on my desk, keyboard, etc. Absolutely unacceptable.
